Is this really free?
Yes, completely. The risk classification wizard costs nothing and requires no credit card. We offer it free because it helps AI startups understand their obligations — and some of them become Nytivo customers when they're ready to generate compliance documentation.
Do I need to sign up?
No. You can complete the entire wizard and see your result without creating an account. If you want to generate full compliance documentation (Articles 9, 10, 11, 14), that does require an account.
Can I trust this assessment?
The wizard uses the same decision logic as our paid product, mapped directly to EU Regulation 2024/1689 with Annex III citations. It's designed to give you an accurate initial classification. For final regulatory sign-off, we recommend involving a qualified lawyer — this is not legal advice.
What happens after I complete the wizard?
You get your risk tier, a plain-English explanation of why, and specific next steps. You can optionally submit your email to receive a detailed PDF report. If you're high-risk, you'll see what documentation you need and how Nytivo can generate it.
How long does it take?
The wizard has up to 15 questions (some are skipped depending on your answers). Most people complete it in 3–5 minutes.
